well, DA wouldn't let me sub this as an edit, so here you are...

about 450 frames.

i need help with lip synching, and a way to keep proportions constant.

made in easytoon, not flash, so subbed as a penciltest.

er, it's looking better and longer then before. Keep up the work on it. It might be fun to toss in some color, but that would just make the file bigger. ^^;

The problem with the lip-synching is that there are too many frames. He looks like he's over-exaggerating his words and talking in slow mo. Go sit in front of a mirror and say it at a normal pace several times, until you get that your mouth should only move ONCE for each word. The more syllables a word has, the more movements the mouth makes, so you've added in a few too many movements, that's all.

Very kewl animation.

We're starting to do flash with our next project. Yay!! :dance:

But so far, I haven't done any animation so I can't really give any criticism. sorry.
