gleh. it's been an interesting week. trying to get ready to move house, panicking about final inspection on the old flat, all the time working around av's summer job...and then she's headed to jakarta in indonesia for work-experience on the 27th.

for two whole months.

dunno how i'll cope. we've been living together for the last year and a half, there's been maybe three days in that time we havn't woken up in each other's arms.

gonna be lonely.

aaanyway, enough moping, there's the other manly men (and chickens...and...trees?) at manland to worry about, as well as some other animation i owe.

the wheels have started turning.

could be a false start, or this could be the beginning of something really really awesome.

well, some bad news...

i flunked all my subjects at uni this semester.

which is disappointing, but it's not really a huge surprise, i slept in most days, left all my assignments untouched until the date they were due...

because of my laziness, i'll probably have to spend an extra year at university.

i'm gonna have to have a chat with a counsellor about my marks- most likely i'll be put on probation for a semester or two- that means that they'll flunk me if i fail anything else.

bah, it's done now, i guess. the only thing to do is to look forward, work harder and do better next year.

and now the good news.

wait, no, my mistake, more bad news. i mostly access da from uni, so, as the semester ends, and the summer holidays roll in, you'll be seeing less and less of me. i simply won't have internet access. my journal notifications are almost at the 'delete all' mark...

i'll still be animating, practicing, working, and i'll post new stuff here when i can.

i think this is fair. you guys all know by now that i appreciate your faves. and surely you can see that my time is probably better spent doing things other than thinking up original configurations on the theme of "thanks for teh fave lol"...

first of all, watchers, i want to know what you think of those last few long journals? do you read them and not comment? do you close the window as soon as you see how long they are? should i post them as devs, or in scraps, to keep this space functional? your opinions please.

I've been hard at work on an animation for a person who's name starts with a J. was going to be a paid gig, but i've been so slack about it, i think it's only fair i make it a freebie.

also! i'm quitting my job at Kmart. the government has finally decided to pay me to study, so i don't need to work there anymore. i think the time would be better spent animationing.
